Pros

Blistering pace

One of the fastest cards available in wide positions. He feels electric on the ball and bursts past defenders with ease, making him perfect for quick counters and wide runs.

Elite agility and ball control

His movement feels ultra-smooth, with quick, sharp turns and feints. Easily one of the most fluid dribblers—effortless to control the joystick.

Top-tier dribbling

The card handles like a dream—tight ball control, excellent balance, and graceful movement make it hard for defenders to dispossess him.

Clinical finishing

Despite being a winger, Best consistently converts chances. Long shots are powerful and accurate, making him a real threat from outside the box.

Excellent positioning and work rate

He constantly gets into dangerous positions, finds space in attacking transitions, and supports the buildup well.

Positional flexibility

With LW as his alternative position, he can be deployed effectively on either flank depending on your setup and preference.

Strong passing game

Solid vision and short/medium passing make him reliable in link-up play and quick passing sequences around the box.

Deadly finesse shots

His curve on the ball make finesse shots feel consistent and satisfying - especially when cutting inside.

Set-piece threat

Free-kicks are accurate and capable of surprising the keeper - an added bonus for a winger.

Cons

Weak foot

While serviceable, it occasionally limits his shooting in tight spaces when forced onto his left foot - particularly under pressure or when needing to shoot first-time.

Limited physical strength

Not ideal for holding off defenders in shoulder-to-shoulder duels. He can be knocked off the ball fairly easily when challenged aggressively.

Conclusion

George Best is a dynamic, agile winger built for fluid attacking play. His pace, dribbling, and sharp finishing make him a standout in wide positions, while his dual-wing flexibility adds depth to any squad. However, he isn’t the most physical player and his weaker foot can occasionally hold him back. That said, in the right hands, he's a constant threat and a joy to control.
