Pros

Incredible Pace and Acceleration

Theo is lightning quick, his speed and acceleration help him bomb forward on attacks and recover instantly in defense. He’s always a step ahead of attackers and is nearly impossible to outrun.

Elite Defending

His standing tackles, interceptions, and overall defensive awareness are top-tier. He reads plays well, positions himself smartly, and is extremely tough to beat in 1v1 situations.

Superb Physical Presence

Standing at 6'0, Theo combines pace with strength, holding his ground in shoulder-to-shoulder duels and often overpowering attackers with ease.

Outstanding Attacking Support

He makes dangerous overlapping runs, delivers accurate crosses, and contributes well in the final third. His long passing and short distribution are both excellent, making him key in build-up play.

Shooting Threat

Thanks to traits like long shot taker and early crosser, he can score from distance and whip in threatening deliveries. His stronger foot finishes are sharp and reliable when he gets into advanced positions.

Special Traits

Long throw, early crosser, long shot taker, these enhance both his attacking and defensive impact on the pitch.

Work Rates

Despite having high attacking and medium defensive work rates, Theo rarely leaves his defensive duties unattended. He consistently tracks back and regains his position quickly.

Cons

3* weak foot

A major drawback. In high-pressure moments, relying on his weaker foot can lead to poor passes or missed shots. In current meta, 4* or 5* would’ve added much-needed consistency.

Conclusion

Theo Hernández is an exceptional left-back who dominates in both attack and defense. With his blistering pace, rock-solid defending, and attacking contributions, he’s one of the best full-backs available. His only real issue is the 3* weak foot, but even that rarely overshadows his overall brilliance.
