Pros
Excellent Pace
Kuyt is extremely fast for a central midfielder, with high sprint speed and acceleration that allow him to burst forward quickly or track back in defensive transitions. His movement feels sharp and energetic throughout the match.
Powerful Long Shots
His strong-foot long shots are a major weapon. They come with great power and accuracy, making him a serious threat from distance. He can easily score from outside the box when given space.
Solid Finishing With Both Feet
Inside and outside the box, his finishing is reliable on both feet. He can convert long-range efforts, tight angles, and quick one-touch chances with consistency.
Outstanding Passing Ability
Kuyt’s passing is a standout trait. Short passes, long balls, through balls, crosses – everything feels crisp and accurate. He helps maintain fluid build-up play and can break defensive lines effortlessly.
Great Physicality and Height
At 6.0 he has solid physical presence. He holds off challenges well, wins duels, and rarely gets bullied in midfield battles.
Surprisingly Strong Defending
Despite being attack-minded, his defensive contribution is impressive. He presses aggressively, wins tackles cleanly, and tracks runners effectively. His man marking and defensive instincts make him very reliable in midfield duels.

Kuyt’s work rate is phenomenal. He contributes constantly on both sides of the pitch, making runs into the box and then dropping deep to defend. His overall positioning in both attack and defense is extremely effective.

His dribbling is smooth and controlled, with great close touch and steady agility. While not the most agile card in the game, he feels stable and reliable when carrying the ball through crowded areas.

With maxed stamina, Kuyt can perform at full intensity for the entire match. He doesn’t slow down even in the final minutes, which makes him excellent for high-press systems.
Versatile Positions
He can play as RW and CAM without any OVR drop, and he performs exceptionally well in both roles. As a CAM he becomes a strong attacking runner, creator, and finisher.

Only 3 Skill Moves
This is the biggest downside. In RW and CAM roles, the lack of skill moves becomes a major issue, limiting creativity in tight 1v1 situations.
