EA Sports FC Mobile Launches CONMEBOL Libertadores Event
The long-awaited CONMEBOL Libertadores event has officially gone live in FC Mobile. After being teased in the login rewards calendar a few days ago, the event is now available for all players and will run for a total of 56 days. Much like the real-world tournament, this in-game event focuses on match-based gameplay, rewards, and themed content inspired by South America’s biggest football competition.
The event currently features two main chapters: Semi Finals and Gallery.
In the Semi Finals chapter, players will first find a matchday login reward that unlocks after five days, granting 1,000 gems. Following that, two semi-final matches are available to play, reflecting real-life fixtures - Palmeiras vs LDU Quito and Racing Club vs Flamengo.
Completing these matches unlocks four different packs, out of which players can select two. The pack options include
- A pack containing 105 OVR Brazilian Icons
- A pack featuring 105 OVR Icons linked to the Libertadores
- A pack of 105 OVR Argentine Icons
- A pack with 105 OVR Brazilian Icons
After finishing both matches, three milestone rewards become available, but players can only choose one from the following
- A 106-108 OVR Libertadores Players Pack
- 2,000 Gems
- 50 Libertadores Shards
Each of the two matches also allows players to select one of the two teams before playing, and there are four difficulty options to choose from - Beginner, Amateur, Professional, and World Class. Rewards vary depending on the chosen difficulty
Beginner: 500,000 Coins
Amateur: 500 Gems
Professional: 100 Rank Up Points
World Class: 25 Libertadores Shards
Players can earn a total of either 50 Shards, 1,000 Gems, 200 Rank Up Points, or 1 million Coins from the two matches combined, based on their chosen difficulty level.
The second chapter, Gallery, is focused on using Libertadores Shards to claim players. Shards collected from matches or milestones can be exchanged for special Libertadores-themed cards, making it a key part of long-term progression in the event.
In addition to these chapters, several store offers have also gone live. Players can use Gems or FC Points to open special Libertadores packs containing high-rated players and other rewards.
With a mix of match-based challenges, collectible shards, and strong player rewards, the CONMEBOL Libertadores event promises nearly two months of exciting gameplay inspired by South American football’s biggest stage.
