FC Mobile Captains Event - Detailed Guide
The brand-new Captains Event is now live from 21st August in FC Mobile. This event runs for 5 weeks and introduces three new Icons - Francesco Totti, Andrés Iniesta, and Giorgio Chiellini - alongside a variety of rewards, tasks, and milestone prizes.
Event Structure
The event has 4 main chapters
1. Totti Chapter - Week 1
2. Iniesta Chapter - Week 2
3. Chiellini Chapter - Week 3
4. Dunga Chapter - Week 4
The Main Chapter mainly shows the event overview and the live OVR tracker for Totti, Iniesta, and Chiellini. These cards can get upgraded based on their real-life club performances.
Totti Chapter (Week 1)
The first weekly captain is Francesco Totti. By completing his chapter, you unlock the Captain Totti Armband and Captain Totti User Logo. To unlock these, you need to complete skill games and matches.
Weekly Tasks for Totti
- Score 15 goals in any mode with attackers or midfielders - 200 Gems
- Score 20 goals - 400 Captains Tokens
- Complete 40 tackles in any mode - 1x Mascherano item
- Acquire 200 Captains Shards - 100 Transfer Tokens
- Complete 18 skill games in this chapter - 50 Captains Shards
On the right side of the chapter, you will find daily skill games and matches. These give around 470 Captains Tokens per day. By completing them regularly for 6 days, you can unlock the Totti Armband and Logo.
Live OVR Tracker
The Icons Totti, Iniesta, and Chiellini are live OVR cards, meaning their stats can improve based on specific real-life conditions.
For example, Totti’s live upgrade conditions are
- +1 OVR - AS Roma wins 1 of the next 4 matches
- +2 OVR - AS Roma wins 3 of the next 4 matches
- Shooting Boost - AS Roma scores in all 4 upcoming Serie A matches
- +1 OVR - All Serie A number 10 players contribute 4+ goals or assists in Matchday 2
- +1 OVR - Any AS Roma player scores directly from a penalty or free kick in the next 4 matches
Depending on real-world results, these cards can become stronger during the event.
Rewards Chapter
This is where Captains Tokens are spent.
First, you can choose between 107 OVR Totti, Iniesta, or Chiellini for 1500 Captains Tokens. Since these are live OVR cards, you should choose carefully based on which club or conditions you believe will trigger upgrades.
There are 4 Reward Paths, one unlocking each week
Week 1: Team Totti
Week 2: Team Iniesta
Week 3: Team Chiellini
Week 4: Team Dunga
Each path requires 2500 Captains Tokens to complete and contains multiple rewards.
Great Armbands Collector (Milestone)
Collect all 4 Captains Armbands (Totti, Iniesta, Chiellini, Dunga) to unlock a 108-111 OVR Captains Pack.
You can get these armbands in two ways
1. Completing skill games and matches in each captain’s chapter
2. Exchanging 1000 Captains Tokens for each armband

Each week new cards will be added.
You can use Captains Shards to claim these players.

This is the premium chapter with the 11 best cards of the event, available only here.

How to get them
Captains Choice Pack
- 1 pack costs 200 FC Points
- 10x pack costs 1950 FC Points
After 80 packs, one out of the 11 Greatest Captains is guaranteed, but you can also get one earlier with luck
There is also a Special Rewards track. Buying 5 packs guarantees 1 Mascherano item plus other rewards such as shards or gems.
Ultimate Captains Armband
Costs 4000 Captains Shards
Lets you directly pick any one Greatest Captain of your choice, Can only be redeemed once in the event.
Other Event Additions
Star Pass - A new Captains-themed pass with 110 OVR Marek Hamsik (Red Ranked) as the main reward, along with other useful resources.
Exchanges - Several exchanges are included, with a special Kit Swap exchange. This allows you to trade in low OVR Captains cards (104 and 102) to receive the 2012/13 Manchester City Retro Kit and 106 OVR Kompany. This exchange is easy to complete.
