New ICON Cha Bum Kun Exchange
In FC Mobile, the last few weeks have been packed with exciting ICON and HERO additions. Big names like Toni Kroos, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Dunga, Barzagli, and Gilberto Silva have all arrived through events, exchanges, and challenge modes, giving players plenty of fresh squad-building options. Now, in the final week of the Ragnarok event, three more highly anticipated cards have been introduced, Oliver Kahn, Marcelo, and, after long-standing community requests, South Korean legend Cha Bum Kun.
Cha Bum Kun’s ICON card makes its debut in FC Mobile, and he is available via a special exchange, similar to how players like Gilberto Silva and Fabregas were introduced earlier during the Ragnarok After Daybreak phase. However, there is one key difference — while both Gilberto Silva and Fabregas were 111 OVR cards that came with higher exchange requirements (2x 109 OVR players, 5x 108 OVR players, and 5x 107 OVR players), Cha Bum Kun’s 110 OVR RW version has slightly easier requirements since no 109 OVR cards are needed. This makes him a bit more accessible for many players.

- 5x 108 OVR cards
- 3x 107 OVR cards
- 3x 106 OVR cards
Beyond the relatively manageable exchange, this card’s in-game stats make him a standout. Cha Bum Kun boasts a perfect 5* weak foot, allowing him to finish comfortably with either foot, and 4* skill moves for versatility in attack. His stamina is maxed out, ensuring he can maintain high intensity throughout the match, and his 5’10” height makes him a balanced forward, not too tall to feel clunky, but tall enough to compete physically.
While he doesn’t have any special traits, his raw stats speak for themselves, offering excellent pace, strong shooting, and solid physical presence. All of this makes him a reliable and exciting addition to any squad, particularly for players who appreciate attackers capable of delivering consistent performances in multiple roles across the front line.
