New Icon Dunga Arrives in Icon Challenge Mode
Recently, EA Sports FC Mobile shared a short reel across their official social media platforms showcasing the return of legendary players like Ibrahimovic and Kroos as Icons. Alongside this, they teased the arrival of several new Icons and Heroes. Among the newly added players, Cambiasso and Carrick have already been introduced — Cambiasso via Gallery and packs, and Carrick through a special exchange.
Now, another new Icon has been officially added to the game: Dunga, the Brazilian legend. This marks his debut in FC Mobile as an Icon, and his first card has been introduced through a unique challenge mode titled "Icon Making Dunga".
This format is not entirely new, as it follows the same structure previously seen with Charlton and Beckenbauer. Players are required to complete 5 AI matches within the challenge mode. After successfully completing all five matches, players will be rewarded with a 104 OVR Dunga card, which comes red-ranked — effectively making him a 108 OVR player.
In addition to the Dunga Icon card, completing the challenge mode will also reward players with other useful resources, including gems and a Mascherano card, making this challenge both valuable and rewarding.
Dunga's introduction as an Icon through challenge mode adds another exciting layer to the ongoing content in FC Mobile, and players can expect more such releases throughout the Ragnarok event and beyond.
