About the 2-day Outage of RenderZ

Hey RenderZ Community!

Well, that wasn't fun, was it? 😃 We're really sorry about the site being down from Saturday to Monday. We understand how frustrating this was to many of you.

Our server decided to take an unplanned weekend vacation early Saturday morning (CEST). Unfortunately, this coincided with our lead developer being away for the weekend. Without the technical expertise to resolve the issue, we were unable to bring the service back online until Monday morning.

We want to make sure that a 2-day timeout doesn’t happen again. We're actively hunting for more scalable hosting solutions to make sure this doesn't happen again.

While we're working on a more robust solution, there's a chance we might hit some bumps in the short term. But now that we know what to look for, we'll be much quicker to spot and fix any issues.

We're super grateful to everyone who reached out through social media, email, or Discord to let us know about the issue. Your messages and patience while we sorted things out mean everything to us.
